STARTERS

Red lentil and sweet potato soup with Asian spices and coconut
Smoked salmon, king prawn, crab and spinach roulade served with a sour cream and chive dressing
Homemade game terrine (pheasant, rabbit, partridge) served with homemade crab apple jelly and toasted walnut bread
Exotic fruit cocktail with winter Pimms
Creamy wild mushroom casserole served on Brioche with Parmesan shavings and wild rocket

MAINS

Traditional roast crown of turkey with pigs in blankets, chestnut and sage stuffing, cranberry sauce and homemade gravy
Haunch of Staffordshire venison on celeriac and potato gratin, finished with a port wine and elderberry reduction
Fillet of seabass with griddled scallops and mussels, finished with a Pernod, saffron and crème fraîche sauce and served with buttered Charlotte potatoes
Arancini – Deep fried risotto balls filled with Mozzarella, spinach, aubergine and basil. Served with a rich tomato ragù
Roasted, curry spiced cauliflower and broccoli with puy lentils and Halloumi cheese
All mains are served with roasted and mashed potatoes, honey glazed parsnips, buttered sprouts and carrots with caraway
